Joe Bernardi, the owner and craftsman behind Bernardi Custom Woodworking, works just outside Boston, Massachusetts. After nearly a decade of building custom furniture and cabinetry on nights and weekends — and seeing demand for his work steadily grow — he left his corporate desk job in December 2024 to pursue woodworking full-time.
His work is intended to be as beautiful as it is functional. Leveraging only premium hardwoods and traditional joinery techniques, he focuses exclusively on custom furniture and built in cabinetry. More importantly than that, this business strives to make a lasting impact on the planet. At the end of every year, 1% of sales go towards a non profit that gives back to the planet.
