Craftsman Style Built In

This custom built in was a lot of fun to build. Set in a century-old home, this project was designed to honor the home’s history with classic, craftsman-style details. Made from sapele mahogany, this piece was custom designed to fit perfectly in this space. The bench that bridges the two bookcases unifies the entire composition with its carefully considered, period-appropriate detailing. We hope this home stands for another hundred years, and this built in along with it.
